TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the content, products, or services that may be contained on the linked or framed web sites. We shall have no obligation or liability with respect to any access by you of any linked or framed web sites, or for your use of any information, products, or services on the linked or framed web site.

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall constitute an agreement, the terms and performance of which, shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States of America. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the District of Columbia, with respect to all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this Web Site and these Terms and Conditions of Use.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
These Terms and Conditions of Use contain the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior understanding or agreements regarding the subject.
